1. About this Notice

This Cookie Notice explains how Keel (also branded KeelManager) uses cookies and

similar technologies on the Keel marketing website (keelmanager.com) and in the Keel

application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Each tenant

firm maintains its own cookie and privacy notices for its investor and prospect portals as

needed.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local

storage and session tokens. We use them to keep you signed in, remember preferences, keep

the service secure, and understand how the service is used.

3. Cookies Keel uses

• Strictly necessary — authentication, session management, tenant/host resolution,

and security (for example CSRF protection and abuse prevention). The service cannot

function without these, so they are not optional.

• Preference — remember non-essential choices such as display settings.
• Analytics / performance — where enabled, aggregate, privacy-respecting measurement

of how the service and marketing site are used, to improve them.

Keel does not use cookies to sell your personal information or to run third-party

advertising networks.

necessary cookies will prevent parts of the service (such as signing in) from working.

Where required by law, we present a cookie choice for non-essential categories.
